Yes, but only for medical reasons. The use of opioids, cocaine, or meth should still be illegal. But any drug user currently serving time should be provided rehabilitation and addiction prevention services before being retroactively innocent. Only should drug users be in jail if they commit a crime while on said drug.

yes, for one the country will benefit with taxes and all those deaths related to drugs wouldn't be as big of a thing. And if the drugs were regulated people wouldn't overdose as much. And if people can go to college to be a doctor they are basically going to college to be a drug dealer who give out the worst drugs of all.

I think you should be able to go to rehabilitation if you're caught using drugs for the first time, but if you're caught again, then I think you should serve time. Also, There should be an increase in punishment for drug dealers.
