Yes, but only for medical reasons. The use of opioids, cocaine, or meth should still be illegal. But any drug user currently serving time should be provided rehabilitation and addiction prevention services before being retroactively innocent. Only should drug users be in jail if they commit a crime while on said drug.

yes, for one the country will benefit with taxes and all those deaths related to drugs wouldn't be as big of a thing. And if the drugs were regulated people wouldn't overdose as much. And if people can go to college to be a doctor they are basically going to college to be a drug dealer who give out the worst drugs of all.

Yes, but for only certain drugs such as marijuana not cocaine and heroine. Reduce sentences for those already serving time as well as non-violent drug users, and provide more funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs, where people who got addicted to drugs can seek help. However, we should still increase punishment for drug dealers instead of users.

Yes, for certain drugs that offer medicinal benefits such as marijuana but not cocaine and heroine. Reduce sentences for those already serving time as well as release all non-violent drug users, and provide more funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs, where people who got addicted to drugs can seek help. However, drug dealers should still be punished (in a reasonable way).

Yes, for marijuana but not all drugs. Reduce sentences for those serving time for nonviolent drug offenses as long as it does not endanger the lives of others, and provide more funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs, where people addicted to drugs can seek help. However, drug dealers should still be punished but only if it's done in a reasonable manner.

Yes, legalize marijuana (both medical and recreational) but not all drugs. Reduce sentences for those serving time for non-violent drug offenses, and provide more funding for rehabilitation programs, where people addicted to drugs can seek help. However, drug dealers should still be punished but only if it's done in a reasonable manner.
